Niagara Falls is 130 km from Toronto Pearson, about 90 minutes down the 427 and the QEW. That is close enough that a long layover is a real day at the falls, and close enough that your first afternoon in Canada does not have to be spent checking into a hotel.
We run two versions of this. The layover tour collects you from arrivals, takes you to the falls, and has you back at your departure terminal with time to spare. The arrival transfer collects you the day your trip starts, tours the falls on the way, and drops you at your Toronto, Niagara Falls, or Niagara-on-the-Lake hotel at the end of it. At booking, give us your inbound flight and terminal, plus your outbound if this is a layover. We check the live arrival time the morning of, so a delay moves the pickup instead of cancelling it.
We Meet You at Arrivals
Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, curbside at the arrivals level, once you are through customs and baggage. Luggage goes in the back and stays there. You are on the QEW within minutes of walking out.
Falls, Then Wherever You Need
Back to your departure terminal for a layover, or on to your hotel in Toronto, Niagara Falls, or Niagara-on-the-Lake. One-way drops cost the same as a return.

YYZ to Niagara-on-the-Lake
Niagara-on-the-Lake sits about 120 km from Pearson, roughly the same 90 minutes as the falls, and there is no transit route worth attempting with luggage. Guests flying in for the Shaw Festival, a winery weekend, or a wedding at one of the estates usually book this as a straight arrival transfer with a couple of tasting stops folded into the drive.

How far is Niagara Falls from Toronto Pearson (YYZ)?
Niagara Falls is about 130 km (81 miles) from Toronto Pearson International Airport, roughly a 90-minute drive via the 427 and QEW. Traffic through Mississauga and Burlington can add 20–30 minutes at rush hour, which is why we time airport pickups around the highway rather than the clock.
Can you pick me up at Pearson Airport for a Niagara Falls tour?
Yes. We meet you curbside at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 arrivals, load your luggage, and drive straight to Niagara Falls. Send your flight number when you book and we time the pickup to your actual landing, not the scheduled one, so a delayed flight does not cost you the tour.
Can I tour Niagara Falls during a layover at Toronto airport?
If your layover is 6 hours or more, yes. Under 6 hours the drive and airport formalities consume the entire window and we will tell you so rather than take the booking. From 8 hours you get a comfortable visit with time for a boat cruise, and 10 hours or more covers the falls plus Niagara-on-the-Lake. What happens to my luggage on an airport pickup tour?
It stays in the SUV with us for the whole day. There is no need to find airport storage or check into a hotel first. Our vehicle seats up to 5 passengers with luggage, so a family arriving with full suitcases is a normal booking, not a problem.
Is there a direct shuttle from Toronto airport to Niagara Falls?
There are shared shuttle operators running YYZ to Niagara Falls, and they are cheaper for a solo traveller. They run on a fixed schedule that does not care whether your flight was late, they drop you at the falls without a guide, and you have to solve luggage yourself. For a group of 3 or more, a private tour usually costs less per person and removes all three problems.
Can you drop us at a Niagara Falls hotel instead of returning to Toronto?
Yes. Plenty of guests fly into Pearson, tour the falls with us on the way, and get dropped at their Niagara Falls or Niagara-on-the-Lake hotel at the end of the day. Same flat rate, no one-way surcharge. Tell us where you are staying when you book.
