Terms of Service

Last updated: October 15, 2026

These terms apply when you book a tour with Go Tour Niagara (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a private tour company based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and when you use our website (gotourniagara.ca) or our ChatGPT trip planner. By booking or paying a deposit, you agree to them.

Tours and Pricing

Our tours are private: the vehicle and guide are for your group only. Prices are per vehicle, not per person, for up to 5 passengers, and are shown in Canadian dollars on the tour page and at booking. Groups of 6 or more need a larger vehicle and are quoted separately.

Itineraries are a guide. Timings move with traffic, weather, lines at attractions and what your group wants to do, and we adjust the day with you.

Deposits and Payment

Booking online takes a deposit to hold your date. It comes off the total, and the balance is paid on the day by cash, e-Transfer or card. Deposits are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancel 48 hours or more before your tour and your deposit is refunded in full.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour forfeit the deposit.
  • No-shows are charged the full tour price.
  • Rescheduling is free any time more than 48 hours before your tour. Message us and we will find a new date.

Weather

We run rain or shine. In extreme weather, such as ice storms or severe weather warnings, we will contact you to reschedule. We never charge you for a cancellation we make because of the weather.

Add-ons and Attraction Tickets

Attraction tickets such as the boat cruise, Journey Behind the Falls, the helicopter flight or wine tastings are optional add-ons. We book them for you, and they are paid on the day. These attractions are run by other companies, which set their own prices, opening seasons and rules, and can close or cancel without notice. Because we do not control them, add-on tickets are not refundable and we do not offer rain checks for them.

On the Day

Please be ready at your pickup point at the agreed time. Every passenger must use a seatbelt, and we provide car seats and boosters for children; tell us their ages when you book so we bring the right ones. Wine tastings are for guests of legal drinking age, which is 19 in Ontario. We may end a tour for anyone whose behaviour puts the safety of the group or the driver at risk.

Our ChatGPT Trip Planner

Our trip planner for ChatGPT gives general planning information: suggested itineraries, typical visit lengths, and which attractions are usually open in a given month. Seasonal dates are approximate and set by the attractions themselves, so check with them before you rely on one. The planner shows our availability at the time you ask, but a date is only held once you book and pay the deposit on our website. How we handle data from the planner is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

We take care to run every tour safely and as described. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control, such as traffic, road closures, weather, or an attraction’s own changes or closures. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you book is the one that applies to your booking. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
